It is funded by UK aid from the UK government.\nThe primary programme partner is Parhelion Underwriting Ltd., a UK based specialist energy and climate risk finance advisory company providing transactional and advisory risk and insurance services. Its key markets are the renewable energy and climate finance sectors. It was established in 2006 in the UK and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.\nAnother important partner is the Kenbright Group of Companies in Kenya. The group has the following subsidiaries: Kenbright Reinsurance Brokers Limited (established in 2017), Kenbright Actuarial & Financial Services Limited (established in 2015), Kenbright Healthcare Administrators Limited (established in 2005) and Kenbright Insurance Brokers Ltd (established in 1993). Kenbright is a locally owned financial services company that specializes in providing the East African Market with Actuarial & Financial advisory services. \nThe programme has a duration of 3.5 years.
